There are two main forms of application here: spiral conveying and vacuum conveying.

The vacuum conveying system is a kind of conveying equipment for conveying granule and powdery materials by vacuum suction. The principle of the vacuum conveyor for powder:
It can produce high vacuum by the compressed air through the vacuum generator,to convey the materials. It has a simpler structure, smaller size, maintenance-free, low noise, easy to control, eliminating the materials’ static and meet the GMP requirements and etc. The high vacuum from the vacuum generator can avoid the stratification,to ensure the uniformity of the mixed materials. It is the preferred choice of extruder,mixer,packaging machines,crushers,vibrating sieve and others’ automatic feeding.
When the compressed air supply to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator will produce negative pressure to form a vacuum flow, the material is sucked into the suction nozzle, enter the hopper of feeder through the suction tube by the flow. The filter will completely separate the material from the air. When the material is filled with the hopper, the controller will automatically cut off the air supply, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the material will open automatically and the materials will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the filter is automatically cleaned by the compressed air from the pulse back-flush valve. When the time or the level sensor reached,the vacuum conveyor will be automatically activated.
